- Orders usually take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping.
Shipping Times
- Domestic (Canada & USA): 5–12 business days after production
- International: 10–25 business days after production
- Times may vary due to carrier delays or customs
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email
- Track your package and see exactly where your order is
Lost or Delayed Packages
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
- If your package seems lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order
- We can’t guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses
