At Hey God, It’s Me, Mom, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’ve got you covered if something isn’t right.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.


Sizing Issues

All of our products include detailed sizing charts to help you choose the right fit.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors, so please double-check before ordering.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, your order is already in motion and cannot be changed.


Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
